Penn Abroad 101 Session in Du Bois

Are you a sophomore wondering where to do your study abroad?  What the study abroad experience is like?  How to prepare, and what to expect?  Application deadlines?  This event right here is for you!

Amber Leisher, the Global Programs Coordinator at Penn Abroad will be leading the Penn Abroad 101 Session in Du Bois in February 28th, at 6pm.   With her will be one or two Penn Abroad Ambassadors who will share their experiences and answer your questions as having been there done that. Amber's discussion will cover the following details:

1) the benefits of going abroad;

2)  The 3 Penn Abroad programs (short-term, semester, and summer abroad);

3)  When you can go abroad;

4)  Application processes and next steps;

5)  And how to connect with the Penn Abroad office and students.

Come prepared with all your questions!
