Going Global with Ubuntu Program in Du Bois!

WHAT:  Are you interested in global cultures, stories and events that shaped who we are presently?  This event will be an informal conversation to explore major African civilizitations before the "scramble of Africa" by Europe's colonial powers during the 19th Century.  Come get a glimpse into Africa before this major occupation, division, and colonization of African territory!

WHO: Dr. Ali Dinar from Sudan in the Department of Africana Studies at Penn will be our guest speaker.
