The Multi-Purpose Room, commonly called the MPR, is the largest room in the house. Complete with kitchen facilities, 70" Flat screen TV, Audio - Visual equipment, comfortable couches, and large tables, it is an ideal space for class, studying, relaxing, or hosting large events with food. Residents may also play one of the House's two pianos. The MPR is located on the first floor of Du Bois College House adjacent to the Amistad Gallery. Adorning the walls of the MPR the story of African American life at the University of Pennsylvania is told via informative displays.
To host an event in the Multi-Purpose room, submit a reservation request by logging into the Du Bois website with your PennKey and use the "Submit Room Reservation" button on the lower left menu.
