Fire cider is a delectable, nourishing, immune-boosting tonic that is easy and fun to make! A lot of folks enjoy making it in the fall and winter but it can be enjoyed all year round. The main ingredient is apple cider vinegar. Other ingredients are anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antifungal herbs and plants like garlic, onions, ginger, pepper, horseradish, thyme, and more!
At this workshop, we will be talking about practical ways to allow our bodies to rest and heal themselves during the cold/flu season. Each participant will go home with their own jar of fire cider (that they will make during the workshop).
