Walkers will join the Distinguished Gentlemen of Alpha Phi alpha Fraternity, Inc. Mighty Psi Chapter for the Annual Candlelight Vigil. The vigil will begin outside Du Bois College House, at 39th and Walnut Streets and proceed with songs, speeches and quotes from Dr. King, during the walk, to Penn's Compass at 37th and Locust Walk.
